Programmable assembling machine for the production of bristle or synthetic flat brush heads, straight or angled with single or double cardboard or plastic wedge. It can be equipped with filament loader H75 and automatic ferrule feeder (optional).

The H75 filament loader is suitable for handling the bundles of mixed filaments produced by the bundler VILAND, removing the paper wraps and spreading the filaments on the conveying system of the head assembling unit.

Head width from 1" to 2-1/2" (TPA/S-small version)
